When I placed my order for this backpack, I originally chose one font but put a note in that I wanted my daughters name to appear in all lower case letters. Hillary emailed me personally letting me know the font I chose (while precious!) would not show her name in all lower case letters. She included 5 different fonts that would allow the look I was going for so I could choose a new one. I so appreciated her attention to detail and ensuring I got the product I was desiring. The backpack is even cuter in person! Can’t wait to buy more as gifts.
