Thank you so much for choosing Mint Julep Monograms for your gift, home or just-for-fun purchases! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it!

Shipping & Delivery

Turnaround time is typically 10 days- 3 weeks, but can be longer in peak seasons or due to backorders. We will do our very best to get your order to you when you need it. As long as you let us know that date, we will try to make it happen.  There are many steps to package, photograph and get it ready for you afterward. You will receive tracking information when your package ships or an email with directions if you are going to pick up locally (in Huntsville, AL).

All packages are shipped USPS and you will receive an email once packages are shipped with tracking information. Once a package leaves with my favorite mailman- Mr. Alex- then I am no longer responsible for it. But Mr. Alex will take really good care of it for you! Shipping charges are a flat $8/ order.

Privacy & Security

I will never sell, give away or trade your information. Not even for a pedicure. Maybe for a massage… Wait. Nope. Still wouldn’t do it.

Returns & Replacements

If your Mint Julep Monograms item has a defect, flaw or break within 30 days of receiving it, please contact me about it. I can’t guarantee total replacement (because of seasonal items) but I will do my very best to make it right. There are no returns on customized items that are made off site unless there is an error on our end.

Ordering

Once you order, I will contact you with any questions and will process your order accordingly to receipt, rush order status and time sensitive priorities.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment is expected when orders are placed.  Due to the customized nature of every item, we cannot make items without payment. Promotions are only valid for new, online purchases and within timeline set by website (most of the time they end at midnight CST). If an item goes on sale within 24 hours of your purchase, we will refund the difference to your account. (We call that the car wash rule.)

Viewing Orders

I will post pictures of several orders on our facebook page (www.facebook.com/mintjulepmonograms). But, I will not tag you in those pictures (you can do that if you’d like). And I’ll be happy to leave the picture off facebook if you request that (for instance, if your recipient has a unique name and you KNOW she is on facebook all the time and will figure it out! 🙂

How do you know which monogram format to choose?
Traditionally, male monograms are in all caps, single row format (FIRST, MIDDLE, LAST) or a diamond monogram with the last name inital larger in the center.  Female monograms traditionally are placed in the order of the woman’s first name initial, last name initial larger in the center and middle or maiden name initial last. If you are unsure if the friend goes by her maiden or middle name in her monogram- just ask her! Or else just go with her first name on the item… 🙂

Where in the world are all the appliqué options?
I’m working on the perfect way to display them right now. Feel free to choose anything you see here, on facebook, or let me know if you have any ideas; I can most likely make it happen!

Hey, I’m local! Don’t make me pay shipping!
If you live in the Huntsville, Alabama area, you are more than welcome to pick up your purchases. Any time I can save myself a trip to the mail box is wonderful! Please select “Store Pick Up” in your shipping options and you won’t be charged shipping. If you select store pick up and live in, say, Alaska, and do not intend to pick up, I will bill you for your shipping separately. I will be happy to combine shipping if you just ordered an item and know it hasn’t shipped out, yet (just select the Store pick up option and send me a note to let me know you’d like to combine).All items will be picked up locally at our store- Mint Julep Market (7540 B South Memorial Parkway- otherwise known as next to Big Rosie’s). 🙂
